Haze ‘N’ Blaze offers:

• Custom packaging solutions

All products sold by Haze ‘N’ Blaze are intended for lawful use.

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally allowed to purchase and use our products in your jurisdiction

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities
• Correct pricing or product errors

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Pricing ‘N’ Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and may include VAT where applicable.

Payments are securely processed via:

• Viva.com (Viva Wallet)

We do not store your payment details.

Shipping ‘N’ Delivery

We deliver to Malta, Gozo and all European Union member states. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

Orders are dispatched from Malta by courier or postal service, with tracking where available. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

• Malta and Gozo: estimated delivery 1–3 business days
• Other European Union countries: estimated delivery 3–7 business days
• Custom orders: delivery timeframe confirmed individually

Shipping is charged at a fixed rate per destination: Malta free, Gozo free, other European Union countries €18.00. The rate for your destination is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location.

Haze ‘N’ Blaze is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers
• Customs or import issues (for international orders)

Returns ‘N’ Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund ‘N’ Returns Policy.

Key points:

• 30-day return window
• EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• Custom products are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet by emailing support@hazenblaze.eu with your order number. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but EU consumers can still withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, as described in our Refund ‘N’ Returns Policy.

Custom packaging and branded product orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (see Custom Orders below).

Custom Orders

All custom packaging and branded product orders:

• Require client approval before production
• Are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started
• Must be reviewed carefully before confirmation

At Haze ‘N’ Blaze, we value original, human-created design and craftsmanship.

Our brand is built around creativity, authenticity, and real artistic expression.

For this reason, we do not accept AI-generated artwork for production, all artworks must be human-made and meeting commercial standards.

The client is fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted designs:

• Meet quality standards for print
• Respect originality and do not infringe on third-party rights
• Are suitable for professional production

Haze ‘N’ Blaze is not responsible for issues arising from:

• Low-quality or non-print-ready files
• Incorrect formatting or specifications
• Use of AI-generated designs

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Logos
• Designs
• Text
• Graphics

belongs to Haze ‘N’ Blaze and may not be used without permission.

Use of Work for Marketing

Haze ‘N’ Blaze may use completed custom products, designs, and packaging for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Website content
• Social media
• Promotional materials

We respect client confidentiality.

If a project is sensitive or intended to remain private, clients may request non-disclosure in writing prior to production, and we will accommodate this where agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Haze ‘N’ Blaze is not liable for:

• Improper use of products
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from misuse or non-compliance with local laws

All products are sold for lawful purposes only.

Compliance with Local Laws

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Products are legal in their country
• They comply with local regulations

Haze ‘N’ Blaze accepts no responsibility for misuse.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
